How to return

-Please contact us first via email at service@chicutie.com. After receiving your return request, it will be processed for you within 12 hours(Closed on weekends and public holidays).

 ● The format of the returned goods application:
① Order number

② Reason for return

③ Save photos

④ Return quantity & name


-After your refund application is approved, you will receive an email, and you need to send your returned goods according to the address information on our return email.

-Once we receive your returned package, we will check the returned goods according to our return conditions, review the bill within 1-3 working days, and refund you.

Return instructions

-After receiving the goods, you have 7 days to decide whether the goods are suitable for you. If it doesn't fit, you can return it within 7 days.

-Articles and packaging must be in a brand new condition, and the tag has not been cut off. We do not accept return applications for items that are stained, torn, cleaned, package replacement, etc. on the fabric or label of the item.

-We do not accept returns that you send directly back without our confirmation. Please contact our customer service before returning.

-If you frequently return the goods or refuse to accept them (the store will judge by themselves), return the unpacked intimate clothing many times, or return the package is incomplete, it will be included in the blacklist of the store, and the store has the right to no longer serve you.

-All participating clearance products (marked as Final Sale) and accessories (except handbags) will not be returned or exchanged after they are sold. Please understand.

The refund method

-We will refund your original payment method. In other words, if you pay by credit card, we will refund your credit card. Each bank has different time limits for processing refunds, and it may take several days for the refund amount to arrive. If we have processed the refund and have not received it after 7 days, please contact your bank. If you have completed all the steps and have not received a refund, please contact us via email at service@chicutie.com.

Return Fee

-As a small business and original design brand, our clothing quality and price are quite favorable. For returns other than clothing quality issues, we require customers to bear the returned postage. Thanks for understanding

Exchange policy

-If you want to re-select other sizes, colors, or styles, please contact our customer service specialists directly before we ship the goods to express your needs, we will guide you in the first time during working hours; once the products are shipped, No exchanges are accepted.

-Please be aware that we are not responsible for the transportation costs incurred by your replacement.

-If you receive a product with quality problems. please contact us via email at service@chicutie.com within 24 hours of receiving the item.
     
        ※ There are quality problems defined: as damaged, large dirty, and serious appearance problems.
       
        ※ Definition of Non-Quality Problems: does not fit the sizedislike, personal feeling problems, slight odor residue, small stains, screen color difference, slight thread loss, hook stitches, buttons are not sewn tightly, buttonholes are not opened, thread ends, and the size difference within plus or minus 3cm is not a defect.
